Marco Island Eco Tours

Step into the wild side of southwest Florida with Marco Island Eco Tours, where you’ll pilot your own two-seat Craigcat boat through the tranquil back-waters of the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge starting from Goodland. These 2½-hour guided adventures take you through winding mangrove creeks and coastal bays, led by knowledgeable guides via walkie-talkie narration, with frequent sightings of dolphins, osprey and manatees.
Drivers must be at least 16 years old (with a valid driver’s license and—if born after 1987—a boating safety card) and passengers must be at least 5 years old; the tour stops at a small barrier island for shelling or a picnic and plunging your toes in the sand. With small-boat access and intimate exploration of this pristine ecosystem, Marco Island Eco Tours offers a memorable blend of nature, adventure and discovery.
